This
is a reminder BFHOA II will hold the annual meeting for election
of new board members and a pot luck social on OCT 17
at the easement between 601 and 603 Bolin Creek Drive. We have
two board vacancies to fill- please contact one of the board
members if you are interested- you would be most welcome!
The board will provide plates, cutlery, napkins, cups, drinks
and ice. Please bring a dish to share and a lawn chair. Look
forward to seeing you there!

Our
next BFHOA II board meeting is October 8th at 7:30 at the Rintoul
home. We will be planning the HOA annual meeting which
is scheduled for October 17th.. AT the annual meeting we will
deciding new board member to replace Ann O'Hale and Betty Rintoul,
whose terms are expiring. If you would like to be a member of
the board, please contact one of the members (Ann O'Hale, Betty
Rintoul, Jim Symon, Jason Pirone and Rodney Cain) or come to
the October 8th meeting.
Board member responsibilities include attending meetings (about
9 or 10/year), organizing neighborhood get togethers, addressing
neighborhood concerns, overseeing community needs such as greenway
upkeep. Currently Jim Symon is our treasurer and will retain
that post for another year. s
Meetings usually last about 30-45 minutes.

Annual
Potluck
Summer
is here and I hope you can join the neighborhood in the annual
potluck. We had to CHANGE the DATE due to scheduling conflicts---
so please mark your calendar-- our summer gathering will be
on JULY 26, starting at 5, in the green in the middle of Bolin
Creek Drive. The board will provide non- alcoholic beverages,
plates, cups,napkins and silverware. We will have hotdogs as
well. So please plan to come, bring a dish and enjoy visiting
with the group on JULY 26:) |

Spring
Workday
The
spring workday is scheduled for May 2. We will plan to have
a pizza lunch available. The following work is planned:
• clean debris from paths (and make sure the “redirected”
path continues to be clearly marked or otherwise indicated)
• put up the new signs
• order and spread sand
